Designing with intention (and lots of coffee)
I’m a beginner graphic designer, but I’m serious about turning this into a real career. I design with intention, warmth, and a big focus on personality.
I’m Kaelyn, but I go by Kae. I started doing graphic design as a simple task at my job and ended up absolutely loving it. I’ve dabbled in design before, but never at the level I’m at now. Most of my work right now is for my current job — creating personalized business cards, posters, flyers, and brochures, especially for pet grooming and daycare.
I get frustrated sometimes when a piece isn’t coming together how I want it to. When that happens, I take a step back, look at it differently, and keep going until it feels right. I always finish the work in a way that fits what my client wants, not just what looks good on my screen.
I’m self-taught and always learning — watching, practicing, tweaking, and trying new things. I want to keep growing my skills, take on more projects, and also make space to create designs just for myself.
